๐ŸŒท The courage to bloom

TLDR: Tomorrow evening is Journal Circle at 8pm EDT / 5pm PDT! We've got a couple seats left, save yours now.

It's so funny, I never think of myself as much of a spring person. I'm not a fan of the unpredictability of the season (how tf do I dress for this again?) or the muddy pawprints my dogs leave everywhere. As decidedly a non-morning person, the spring forward time change inevitably wrecks my morning routine for a few weeks.

AND YET, the crocuses have started coming up, and wouldn't you know it, the tulips have too. Thick watery green stems, bursting from the garden beds clotted with last year's leaves. Tiny little purple blooms radiant against the brown backdrop.

I'm reminded of the courage and persistence it takes to be the first to bloom. That these flowers have been pushing up through the frosty ground for weeks now, when every other plant has still been slumbering.

They have been in the quiet, dark and steady work of moving forward, inch by inch and moment by moment. It takes courage, yes, but it also strikes me as maybe feeling lonely.

How good it must feel, to finally experience the light of the sun. How good it must feel, to open and let those tender petals unfold. How good it must feel, to be amongst others in their blooming too.

Tomorrow night is Journal Circle and this is the medicine I want to explore for the moment we're in. The transition of spring, uncomfortable but bursting with new possibility. The soft springing up of fresh hope and warmth.

What has been quietly gaining momentum within you? What might be ready to take gentle first steps into the light?

Wherever you are in your cycle of growth, I'd love to share this space, this time and this season with you. Be well and see you soon, friend ๐ŸŒฑ

๐Ÿชป Journal Circle is tomorrow night

On Thursday, March 14th, we'll gather at 8pm EDT / 5pm EDT and allow ourselves space for whatever's emerging to break the soil in self-reflection and supportive community.

We'll have space for a little somatic exploration, a couple journalling exercises, and a tarot reading to carry with you into the days ahead.

Recent participants called it a "nurturing environment for like minded people" and "the perfect hour." Join us and experience it for yourself!

๐Ÿ’จ Flow Zone is BACK, baby

I was offline for the last couple weeks, but now our weekly co-working time is back on Mondays at 1pm EDT / 10am PDT.

Drop in, share what you'd like to focus on, I'll play groovy music, and at the end we'll have a brief check in to see how it went for you.

You can work on whatever you'd like โ€” catching up on emails, checking off tasks on your to-do list, writing that piece, designing those posts. Work stuff, creative stuff, life stuff, all welcome!

TLDR: Journal Circle is TONIGHT! There's only a few seats left, save yours here Hi there friend, I hope you are well, and that you are safe. With news of wildfires and ceasefires, my heart has felt heavy, even as I find silver linings of relief. I have been mindful of how much I am letting into my world, these days. We are still in the depths of winter where I live, still in the time of year where the snow is falling thick on the ground and it's well below freezing. I'm not doing this with...

TLDR: Journal Circle is TONIGHT and we've got a couple spots left. Won't you join us? It's free and happening at 8pm EDT / 5PM PDT. Join tonight I have been considering Journal Circle and how I am being called to make this a more lunar space. I have been in a journalling practice with the moon more overtly the past couple months, and I see now how it is changing me. How the moon is always shifting, our great luminary of reflection, changing its shape steadily and adapting to different...

TLDR: our free monthly Journal Circle is happening this Thursday, join us!Sign up here Something special always starts happening this time of year โ€” I finally get more regular access to that spark of energy I've been waiting on for months. All of the big goals I've been percolating? All the momentum I was hoping for in January? It's coming in hot now. Maybe that's always the way it is with transition periods. I have been reflecting on how nature is often my starting place for these...
